clogging of solution lines, cleans soil, and enhances deburring.

LIQUID DEBURRING COMPOUND Purple liquid, odorless, pH 12, biodegradable.
Formulated for deburring applications on ferrous metals, powdered
metals, and cast iron. PFS-727 compound provides excellent rust
protection on all ferrous parts, removes machining oils, and enhances
deburring.

NON FERROUS INHIBITOR Green liquid, odorless, pH 10, biodegradable.
Formulated to be used in applications for inhibiting and quenching
aluminum, zinc, magnesium, copper, and their alloys. PFS-737 provides
outstanding inhibition against tarnishing, stains, and other forms
of corrosion on metal parts. Enhances plating, brazing, welding,
painting, and other similar subsequent applications.

BURNISHING COMPOUND Green liquid, slight odor, pH 4.5, biodegradable.
Specially formulated with aggressive cleaning, descaling, and burnishing
qualities, with the aim of accomplishing two jobs in one. PFS-743
keeps steel media bright and clean, while producing bright, shiny
metal parts. Use on all metals and their alloys in steel media applications.

PFS-16
SPRAY WASH CONCENTRATE Purple liquid, odorless, pH 12, biodegradable.
Formulated for high temperature, high pressure washing of all metal
parts to remove oil in parts washing applications. PFS-16 provides
excellent inhibition on ferrous and non-ferrous parts, and is practically
non foaming!

system. Higher concentrations for heavier soil. |

LIQUID
BURNISHING COMPOUND Blue liquid, odorless, pH 5,biodegradable, The
specially selected surfactants possess unique detergent, burnishing,
and descaling properties. PFS-747 concentrate is designed for use
in steel media applications, maintaining the media bright and clean.
Cleans soil and light machining oil leaving a smut-free surface
for a bright finish. Highly reflective colors are developed on non
ferrous as well as ferrous metals and their alloys.

LIQUID
CLEANING CONCENTRATE Red liquid, odorless, pH 13, biodegradable.
Formulated as a replacement for solvent cleaning. PFS-757 provides
excellent emulsification and removal of a wide variety of oils,
leaving parts clean, and inhibited against corrosion. Can be used
on ferrous and non-ferrous parts.

NON-CHELATING
COMPOUND Natural color liquid, odorless, pH 9, biodegradable. Formulated
for burnishing and deburring non ferrous parts, and their alloys.
PFS-1001 provides excellent cleaning, soil suspension, inhibition,
and lubricity for burnishing effect.

NON-CHELATING
COMPOUND Natural color liquid, odorless, pH 9, biodegradable. Formulated
for deburring all non-ferrous metals and their alloys. PFS-1002
prevents excessive foam buildup in tanks and drains, cleans soil,
and prevents deposits on parts.

|
BURNISHING CONCENTRATE Natural color liquid, odorless, pH 9,
biodegradable. PFS-5140 provides extreme lubricity for deep, bright
finish on all metal parts with Ceramic media applications. Removes
light machining oils, and inhibits parts.

NON-CHELATING
COMPOUND Red liquid, odorless, pH 9, biodegradable. Formulated to
bring out excellent colors on non-ferrous parts when deburred with
either Plastic or Ceramic media. PFS-5125 prevents excessive foam
buildup in machines, tanks, and drains, cleans soil, and provides
excellent inhibition on parts.

|
BURNISHING COMPOUND Natural color liquid, odorless, pH 8, biodegradable.
An excellent high lubricity compound for developing high color on
brass, bronze, copper, and gold. High foaming gives good cushioning
for the best possible luster.

| 14) PFS-1B |
ODOR CONTROL COMPOUND White emulsion liquid containing odor eating
bacteria. Environmentally safe and natural way of eliminating foul
odors caused by stagnant waste water, and old soap solutions in
tanks. Will not interfere with everyday operation.
