The ER Series covers the full line of mass finishing processes, including ball burnishing, for a wide range or part sizes and materials, including ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastics, wood and ceramics Uniformity: The ER Series offers lower costs per cubic foot of working capacity, more uniform processing, and improved feed. These advantages are achieved by the advanced structural design and bowl shape, which greatly simplify the machine while improving its performance and durability. Durability: The ER Series features a cartridge drive with continuously-monitored oil recirculation. Due to the improved mechanical design, the system's power requirement is below that of conventional designs. Additional cost savings result from increased working capacity per square foot of floor space and long bowl-lining life, which is achieved by placing the thickest lining in the high-wear areas.
