The Gemini Series are especially suited for applications using plastic, ceramic abrasive media and other non-metallic media. Fabricated from certified pressure vessel material, the semi flat-bottom U-shaped processing channel features a straight wall, ribbed polyurethane lining. The Gemini Series machines feature internal separation with a hand-operated lever gate for part discharge and media separation. The drive system is powered by a non-vibrating motor located on the base of the machine, which does not vibrate. Machine operation is controlled by a base mounted on/off switch. An electrical compound flow through solution system provides automatic mixing and metering of compound and water to ensure cleanliness of parts and media throughout the processing cycle. A 4" polyurethane pop-in drain permits effective drainage at the low point in the process channel.
