PFS WT Series tub vibrators can perform a variety of deburring, radius forming and surface refinements. An unlimited range of applications is possible. This includes pre-plate finishing, descaling, deflashing, cleaning, grinding and burnishing of ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
WT models are capable of processing medium to large size parts or medium to large batches of small parts.
PFS is the only manufacturer with a drive system that reduces the horsepower requirements as well as bearing loads. Multiple shafts on the longer tubs provide an even concentric movement of the vibrating mass across the entire length of the tub. |
